A. Return Eligibility

Time Limit: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date for domestic orders. International orders have 45 days from delivery date.

Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • All tags, labels, and authenticity materials must be attached

  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Eligible Items:

  • Clothing and accessories in original condition

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable food items (once opened or past expiration)

  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased with promotional discounts over 50%

  • Digital downloads and gift cards

B. Return Process

  • Include RMA number clearly visible inside the package

  • Attach provided return shipping label or use trackable shipping method

  • We recommend insuring packages over $100 in value

C. Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Returns (U.S.):

  • Free return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items

  • Customer pays return shipping for exchanges, size changes, and customer preference returns

  • Prepaid return labels available for $7.99 (deducted from refund)

International Returns:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees

  • We recommend using trackable international shipping services

  • Items must clear U.S. customs for processing

D. Refund Process

Processing Time:

  • 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items

  • 3-5 additional business days for refund to appear in your account

Refund Method:

  • Refunds issued to original payment method

  • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days

  • PayPal refunds: 1-2 business days

  • Store credit available upon request (no expiration date)

Refund Amount:

E. Exchanges

Available Exchanges:

International Exchanges: Due to shipping costs and customs regulations, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order for international customers.

F. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Immediate Action Required:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Keep all original packaging and materials

Our Response:

  • Prepaid return label provided at no charge

  • Full refund including original shipping costs

  • Replacement item shipped immediately (if in stock)

  • Expedited shipping at no additional cost

G. Special Circumstances

Holiday Returns: Items purchased between November 1 – December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.

Final Sale Items: Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns unless defective or incorrectly shipped.

Promotional Items: Free gifts or promotional items must be returned with the main purchase for full refund.

Bulk Orders: Orders over $500 may require manager approval for returns. Contact customer service for assistance.

H. Refund Exceptions and Fraud Prevention

  • Refuse returns that don’t meet our eligibility requirements
